Radisson Hotel And Conference Center Fond Du Lac, Fond du Lac

Waking up to a spider in the tub was not a pleasant surprise, but the conference center was great for our stay, especially during a busy Packer game weekend. We had a bit of a mix-up with the restaurant orders, receiving the wrong food twice before finally getting the correct order, which unfortunately was cold and overcooked.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was nice and bright, with the option of blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. However, upon arrival, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, with a musky smell and only one set of towels. Service was friendly and efficient, although there was a mix-up with the maid. The location was great, perfect for groups to meet, but there were some signs of wear and tear. The dining experience was okay, with a decent buffet breakfast but limited options. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although there was a slight wait for service, the overall experience was positive. The location, while a bit tricky to find, was outstanding with up-to-date facilities. The dining options were good, serving delicious food, but a more self-serve breakfast would have been preferred. The hotel had great amenities and was suitable for families and groups.
